🔹 Role Overview
We are hiring Tax Preparation Officers on a commission-based model to assist clients in filing Income Tax Returns. As a Tax Preparation Officer, you will receive verified leads/clients from us. Your responsibility will be to prepare and file their returns accurately and professionally.
💼 Commission Structure
- ✅ 20% Commission per Regular Tax Filing
- ✅ 20% Commission per Live Filing (Real-time Support Sessions)
Note: All client coordination and support tools will be provided by us. You only need to focus on preparation and filing.
🔹 Who Can Apply
We’re looking for individuals who understand tax filing and want to work independently while earning commissions. This includes:
- 📌 CA Interns / CA Article Assistants
- 📌 Tax Professionals & Accountants
- 📌 Graduate Individuals with ITR Filing Experience
- 📌 Tax Advocates / Legal Tax Consultants
- 📌 Freelance Accountants or Agents familiar with e-filing portals
🧠 Key Requirements
- ✅ Strong knowledge of Income Tax Return filing (ITR-1 to ITR-4 preferred)
- ✅ Familiarity with Income Tax Portal and e-filing process
- ✅ Basic communication skills to handle client queries
- ✅ Laptop/Desktop with Internet Access
- ✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- ✅ Ready for an Interview-Based Selection Process
